A confession your reviewer does not really like fish and certainly could not get to grips with raw fish hence the selection of recipes listed above.
However he does remember many years ago hearing his mother enquire after his fathers health, as she kept hearing him going in and out of the toilet, "I am alright" he replied, "so why do you keep flushing the toilet" she asked, "to get rid of the rice" he replied! It turned out that being an avid wine maker he had decided to make Sake and he was trying to get rid of buckets full of rice.
