Perhaps not one of the best known names in the U.K. but certainly one of the top talents cooking in Britain today. This book is a personal compilation of some of his favourite recipes.

Crème Renversee a l'Orange this is on page 77 and is a variation of the ever popular crème caramel.

Baked New Garlic with Creamed Goats Cheese this is on page 93, perhaps not ideal if you are planning a romantic evening, but it would help keep the vampires away.

Marinated and Grilled Lamb Cutlets with Hummus, Olive Oil and Coriander this is on page 115 another tasty dish which also means you could help to support British farmers, to accompany this you could cook the next dish.

Roast Potatoes with Olive Oil, Rosemary and Garlic you will find this on page 166 and it is an ideal accompaniment to the lamb cutlets.
